Let’s talk office decor! Have you ever sat and planned out every detail of a room in your head, or how you want your first home or office to look? I literally do that ALL the time! I love designing and coming up with new ideas on how to decorate a room.
As a little girl, I used to constantly rearrange my bedroom furniture over and over again just because I loved switching things up. There just something so refreshing about changing things up. Plus, I get bored really easily so changing things up a lot is just common practice for me. Keeps things fun and interesting in my opinion.
But anyways….the purpose of this post is that I have been dreaming of how to decorate my first home office and I am so glad that now I will have the space to do it. I have been brainstorming and trying to come up with ideas of what I wanted for a while. Plus, I’ve been browsing Pinterest religiously trying to find inspiration for what kind of style I want in my office.
Deep conditioning my hair is a MUST! With long, light blonde hair breakage is always occurring. So to stop all the breakage I have been doing coconut oil hair masks for years now.
These masks are the only way to keep my hair in amazing condition. I swear by doing these at least once a week to cutdown on breakage and to strengthen your hair.
Plus this coconut oil hair mask will add so much shine to your hair and make it feel baby smooth. It’s honestly heavenly!

October 13th, 2017 officially marked 8 years my husband and I have been together. Four of those years have been of marriage. We got married on October, 13th, 2013. I know that’s a lot of 13’s. If you didn’t see our very first Marriage Monday post, then make sure you go check it out because we explain everything about why we chose that number and more random Q&A’s. Anyways…. this year, our wedding anniversary landed on a Friday the 13th, which made it extra special!
I learned to knit when I was in fifth grade and ever since then I have loved making random things like bags, scarfs, and (attempting) sweaters lol. So, one day I was on Pinterest looking for knitting patterns for infinity scarfs and I came across a video for crocheting, which looked WAY easier than knitting. I of course immediately started looking up YouTube videos to see if it was going to be something I could even teach myself to do and sure enough it was surprisingly easy!
That day I went to Michael’s craft store and I got a crochet needle set and some yard and I started following a YouTube video on how to make a baby blanket. It was tricky at first to understand all the terms and to figure out what I was doing but literally after like 2 rows muscle memory takes over and you coast from there. I wish I could remember the actually video I used but I can’t. Although, if you just type in the YouTube search “crochet for beginners” or “Learn how to crochet” a bunch of videos pop up that are super helpful and go step by step. I think this is the best way to learn because you can pause the video and rewind a bunch until you get it. I did this twice, both times making a blanket because it was a simple square pattern.
Happy Tuesday everyone! So for todays YouTube video I am going to be talking all about my skincare routine. What I use, why I use it , and all that jazz. So this is also a super quick video because just like my haircare routine, my skincare routine is pretty basic and easy. I don’t like using a ton of products because I feel it’s just one more thing to make my sin breakout. All the products I use (at least for the most part) are organic or advertised as “natural” in some way. I try to stick to only the basic when it comes to skincare because I have very sensitive, fair skin and when I breakout, man will it show.
In this video I only cover the skincare products I use. I don’t talk about any of the make-up I use in this one because then I would of been A LOT longer lol. I figured I’d do a separate video just on my make-up routine because that one is a little more complicated. Plus, in my make-up routine I use a combination of organic and non-organic products. Though I do have variations for organics in all my products so I will explain my favorites and best organic dubs for the best non-organic make-up products. So make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel to see when that video is uploaded!
